Trying to I.D. a butt swivel

I've had this swivel for over 25 years.   I got it from a gunsmith and it supposedly came off of a Martini butt stock.  It does not appear to be British Military, but, I think it could possibly be for a Cadet or Miniature Martini.  Any help in id...
