Question about Mk IV .22 conversion with parker Hiscock magazine

I have a canadian(C arrow) marked 1908 BSA Number 1 mark III converted to MK IV .22 with a BSA marked full barrel(not lined) and a cooey rear sight.  It also has a modified bolthead(rounded on the bottom) and a parker hiscock magazine.  Is this expected...
